No, we are not like a hotel. We are self contained and self catering accommodation, there is no reception and no staff who live on site. We are always at the end of the phone if needed.

No, generally visitors are not allowed in the apartments for the duration of your stay unless management has authorised your request to have guests. If you will be having guests and wish to authorise this please email us.
No, parties or large gatherings are not allowed at any of our properties. Our homes are in quiet residential areas with families and elderly residents.
All our properties are non-smoking. You can either smoke on balconies (subject to availability) or outside on the walkway where cigarette boxes are available.
Most of our apartments come with balconies, however we cannot guarantee. If you really need a balcony please contact us before making your booking.
Yes 🙂 Most of our properties have free parking on the driveway right outside the house Some properties have additional security with Sleeping Policeman barriers.
No, Unfortunately no pets are allowed, unless they are guide dogs.
